Pervene contains:
- Diosmin, which prolongs the vasoconstrictor effect of norepinephrine on the venous walls, increasing venous return. Diosmin increases lymphatic drainage by increasing the frequency and intensity of lymphatic contractions, increasing the functionality of the lymphatic capillary network. Diosmin reduces the activity of leukocytes at the capillary level, reducing inflammation.
- Hesperidin, which has notable capillary-tropic effects and strong antioxidant properties.
- Troxerutin, which increases vessel resistance (capillary-protective action) and decreases permeability (anti-edema action).
- Coumarin, which has strong anti-edema properties by performing a prolymphokinetic action.

How to use
