Directions for use and Dosage
In the active phase: take 2 or 3 capsules in the morning, 30 minutes before breakfast for 1 month. Take with a little water.
Preventatively: Take 2-3 capsules a day, depending on your personal balance. In pediatric age, reduce the dosage according to age.
