Directions for use and Dosage

• Step 1
  Take 1 tablet of Spirulina Strong about 30-60 minutes before lunch and 1 tablet about 30-60 minutes before dinner, washed down with plenty of water.
• Step 2
  Continue the treatment consistently for about 4 months.
