Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take 30 drops diluted in a glass of water 2-3 times a day, to be drunk half an hour before main meals. Shake the bottle before use.
To promote absorption, it is recommended to sip the product, holding it in the mouth for a few moments before swallowing.
