Soy Lecithin by Solgar is a food supplement in pearls based on soy lecithin, extracted from soybean oil and containing no cholesterol. Lecithin is a mixture of natural substances including phospholipids, glycolipids, choline, and inositol. These substances have different roles in the physiology of numerous areas of the body. Phospholipids and glycolipids are the main constituents of cell membranes.
