Directions for use and Dosage
The single essence can be used as a single-dose supplement. It can be taken directly by placing 7 drops in a little water, morning and evening, or by diluting it.
To prepare a dilution of one or more individual flowers, use a 30ml bottle with a dropper, in which you will add three-quarters of water, one-quarter of brandy as a preservative, and 7 drops of each individual Essence you intend to use.
It is generally recommended not to combine more than 4 or 5 Essences.
