Directions for use and dosage
Slowly dissolve the tablet in the mouth or under the tongue. Take 1 to 3 tablets daily or as needed.

Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take if you have a known hypersensitivity to one or more of the product's components. The product contains polyols. Excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect.
