Indications

Sonnoril Oral Spray is a supplement based on Melatonin and plant extracts.

• Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep* and alleviate the effects of jet lag**.
• Griffonia and Jujube promote relaxation and sleep.

* The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime.
** The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend 2 sprays, preferably under the tongue, in the evening just before bedtime.
