Indications
Sonno Regularis is a supplement based on Melatonin that helps reduce the time required to fall asleep, with Griffonia which supports normal mood tone and Hydroalcoholic Extracts of Chamomile, Valerian and Lemon Balm, which promote relaxation.

Ingredients
Water, vegetable glycerol, alcohol, Melissa officinalis L. herba c. floribus e.i., Valeriana officinalis L. radix e.i., Matricaria chamomilla L. capitula e.i., Griffonia simplicifolia DC. Baill semen e.s. tit. 95% 5-HTP, acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavoring, Mentha piperita L. aetheroleum, melatonin powder, sweetener: sucralose.
Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take 4 sprays a day, one hour before bedtime.
Shake before use.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime.
