Aquilea Sogno Forte is a food supplement based on melatonin, vitamins B6 and D3, piperine, griffonia, passionflower, California poppy, lemon balm and valerian. Its triple-layer tablet formula is designed to modulate the release of the ingredients throughout the night.

1. The first layer dissolves rapidly, releasing melatonin which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep*, together with piperine, vitamin B6 and vitamin D3 for a synergistic action;
2. The second layer, which dissolves during the night, contains griffonia, passionflower and California poppy which promote relaxation, helping to counteract nighttime awakenings;
3. The third layer releases valerian and lemon balm, which contribute to mental well-being and normal mood tone. for a restful sleep.

* the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
