The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Smart Sonno shortly before bedtime.

Purified water; fructose; lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf tit. 4% rosmarinic acid; California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) herb tit. 0.2% protropin; flavoring; niacin (nicotinamide); preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; melatonin; thickener: xanthan gum; acidifier: citric acid; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Gluten and lactose free.
