Guarana helps stimulate metabolism and promotes body weight balance. Tamarind promotes regular intestinal transit. Griffonia helps control hunger.

Ingredients

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, rice starch, polyvinylpyrrolidone; bromelain [from Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.] 2,500 GDU/g, green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze, leaves] dry extract titrated 30% epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), tamarind (Tamarindus indica L. fruit), guarana (Paullinia cupana Kunth, seeds) dry extract titrated 50% caffeine, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seeds] dry extract 4:1; Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use and dosage

It is recommended to take 2 tablets per day, preferably 1 after breakfast and 1 after lunch.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. This product should be used as part of an appropriate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If this diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than three weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Contains EGCG: 60 mg/dose. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of EGCG. It should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Contains caffeine: 50 mg/serving. Not recommended for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women.
