Indications

Sincrorem Plus integrates the physiological levels of 5-hydroxytryptophan by promoting the endogenous synthesis of serotonin, which regulates mood, and melatonin, which regulates sleep-wake rhythms and sleep quality.
Whitania somnifera, also known as Indian ginseng, has an "adaptogenic" effect. It regulates the body and strengthens its ability to adapt to mental and physical stress.
The process of combining the fluid extract of Valerian with the dry extract titrated at 0.8% in Valerenic Acids allows us to obtain:

• High and standardized concentration of the functional active ingredients contained in the plant;
• total integrity of the plant's compounds;
• absence of chemical excipients and preservatives;
• reduction of the reaction times of the relaxing and soothing properties of Valerenic Acids, which have always been used to promote physiological sleep.

Melatonin is the hormone that regulates the sleep-wake cycle.
The dry extract of Griffonia is titrated at 95% in 5-HTP. 5-OH-Tryptophan is used at 90% during the night for the synthesis of Serotonin and Melatonin.

Sincrorem Plus is recommended in cases of: sleep disorders; nighttime restlessness; fibromyalgia; eating disorders; weaning from benzodiazepines; headaches and migraines; seasonal neuroendocrine variations.

Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take 2 to 10 drops before bedtime, as is or diluted in a little water.
10 drops correspond to 1 mg of melatonin.
