Indications

Sincrolipid is a food supplement useful for the control of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood as a complement to an adequate diet, thanks to the effects exerted by the nutrients it contains, as reported below:

• Policosanols, which reduce the synthesis of the enzyme HMG-CoA reductase, which regulates the synthesis of cholesterol in the liver.
• Berberine, which increases the activity and number of hepatic receptors for LDL, facilitating their removal from the blood.
• Red yeast rice, which contains a molecule similar to statins, Monacolin K. The mechanism of action is focused on the competitive inhibition of the enzyme Hydroxymethyl-glutaryl-CoA reductase (HMG-CoA reductase), which regulates cholesterol synthesis in the liver; this leads to a reduction in cholesterol synthesis and a "reflex" increase in LDL receptors in liver cells, stimulated by relative hypocholesterolemia, with a consequent further reduction in plasma cholesterol.
• Cassia Nomame, which has an inhibitory effect on pancreatic lipase, resulting in a reduction in the absorption of ingested lipids.
• Astaxanthin, which is a carotenoid that positions itself in circulating lipoproteins, counteracting their oxidation. Coenzyme Q10: by promoting the production of ATP in the presence of oxygen, it is essential for maintaining good physical efficiency. It decreases with age and statin use.
• Folate, whose presence lowers levels of the amino acid homocysteine, associated with the risk of cardiovascular disease and heart attacks.

Directions for use and dosage

We recommend taking 1 tablet per day, preferably in the evening, swallowed with a large glass of water.

Warnings
