Indications
SILIBERINA® is a food supplement consisting of a combination of: Berberis aristata (Berberis aristata DC.), fermented red rice, dry extract of Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum [L.] Gaertn.) titrated at 80% in silymarin, phytosomal Milk Thistle, dry extract of Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L., semen), coenzyme Q10, policosanols, astaxanthin, folic acid, vitamin E, vitamin B6 and chromium.
Plants belonging to the Berberis genus contain a plant alkaloid in their bark, roots and stems, including the underground ones (rhizomes): berberine.
The fermented red rice obtained from the fermentation of common cooking rice (Oryza sativa L.) by the yeast Monascus purpureus, develops substances called monacolins. Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum) contains: saponins, alkaloids, polyphenols, vitamins, minerals, and mucilages that give this plant various beneficial properties. Milk thistle is useful as a purifier and for its function on carbohydrate metabolism.
Folic acid supplementation is useful in cases of deficiency of this substance, a condition that can lead to high homocysteine levels in the blood, a cardiovascular risk factor.
Other ingredients, such as policosanols, astaxanthin, coenzyme Q10, chromium, vitamin E and vitamin B6 complete the formula.

Directions for use and Dosage
1 tablet per day, preferably shortly before the main meal.
Warnings
Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 3 mg of monacolins from red yeast rice. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age, and adults over 70 years of age. Consult a doctor about the consumption of this product if you experience health problems. It should not be consumed if you are taking medications to lower cholesterol. It should not be consumed if you are already consuming other products containing red yeast rice.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. The expiry date refers to the product in its intact package and stored correctly.
