Sidorm Fast is a food supplement spray based on liposomal melatonin and vitamins B5 and B6.
It is a sublingual oral spray. The melatonin contained in Sidorm Fast helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Stabilizer: glycerol; water, liposomal melatonin (gum arabic, glycerol, sunflower lecithin, melatonin, DL-alpha-tocopherol), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), acidifier: citric acid; Preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
Gluten and lactose-free.

Directions for use and Dosage
Children and adults: 1-2 sprays into the mouth or under the tongue, about 30 minutes before bedtime.
