Indications
Food supplement based on selected extracts of valerian and passionflower useful for promoting natural relaxation and vitamin B6 which helps in contributing to tiredness and fatigue.
Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: silicified microcrystalline cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, anhydrous dibasic calcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium; Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) flowering plant dry extract titrated at 3.5% vitexin, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract titrated at 0.8% valerenic acids, sweet clover (Melilotus officinalis P.) herb with flowers dry extract titrated at 17% coumarins, L-tryptophan, vitamin B6, melatonin; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, silica dioxide.

How to use
