Indications
Seripnol Crono is based on L-theanine, magnesium, plant extracts and Miniactives Retard melatonin. With sugar and sweetener.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system, while jujube dry extract promotes relaxation, sleep and mental well-being.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to dissolve 1 stick in a glass of water in the evening shortly before going to bed.
Concentrated product in stick form to be consumed after reconstituting it in 200 ml of water (equal to a full glass of water).
