Serenplus is a food supplement whose components pursue a common goal: the natural state of tranquility and physiological mood.
The characterizing element of the Serenplus formulation is the synergistic action of its components:

• Orchard (Ziziphus jujuba miller);
• California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica cham.);
• Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.);
• Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.);
• Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.);
• Tryptophan, an essential amino acid used by the brain to produce serotonin (a neurotransmitter that regulates sleep and mood);
• Magnesium is important in the biological processes of energy production and in the physiological processes of nerve impulse conduction.

These extracts promote sleep and natural relaxation in cases of stress;
Furthermore, Jujube, Passionflower, and Lemon Balm also promote natural mood modulation and mental health.

Jujube, dry extract of Zizyphus jujuba titrated at 2% in jujubosides; Tryptophan; Magnesium oxide; California poppy, dry extract of Escholtziae californica tit. 0.35 in Protopine; Lemon balm, dry extract of Melissa officinalis tit. 2% in Rosmarinic acid; Passionflower, dry extract of Escholtziae californica tit. 0.35 in Protopine; Lemon balm, dry extract of Melissa officinalis tit. 2% in Rosmarinic acid; of Passiflora incarnata tit. at 3.5% in Isovitexin; Valeriana officinalis, dry extract of Valeriana officinalis tit. 0.1% in Valerianic Acids

Directions for use and Dosage

One/two tablets a day
