Serenotte Gocce is a supplement based on Californian Poppy, Red Poppy, L-Theanine and Melatonin useful for achieving a state of relaxation and promoting night-time rest.
California Poppy helps you relax, Red Poppy helps relieve localized tension, Melatonin reduces the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviates the effects of jet lag.
Serenotte Gocce also contains an L-Theanine extract.

Directions for use and dosage
We recommend taking 1 ml (20 drops) in a little water or herbal tea before going to bed.
Keep under the tongue for a few minutes before swallowing.
In the case of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, before going to bed, a minimum of 0.5 ml (10 drops) on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet.
