Indications

Serenerv Notte by PL Pharma is a food supplement based on Melatonin, Glycine and dry extracts of lemon balm, passionflower and chamomile, plants known for their beneficial effect on relaxation and mental well-being. Melatonin, taken at a dose of 1 mg shortly before bedtime, helps reduce the time required to fall asleep.

Ingredients

Bulking agent: sorbitol; L-glycine; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves dry extract tit. 12% rosmarinic acid, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) flowering herb dry extract tit. 4% total flavonoids, flavoring, chamomile [Matricaria chamomilla L. (syn. Matricaria recutita L., Chamomilla recutita (L.) Rauschert.)] flower dry extract tit. 0.3% apigenin, melatonin, natural chamomile flavoring.

Gluten and lactose free.

Directions for use

It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day shortly before bedtime. Dissolve the tablet in the mouth, without using water, to promote rapid absorption in the oral cavity.

Storage
