Food supplement based on plant extracts useful for promoting relaxation and sleep. Valerian, Linden and California Poppy are useful for promoting relaxation in cases of stress and a peaceful sleep. Lemon Balm and Passionflower promote mental well-being. Hawthorn also promotes the regular functioning of the cardiovascular system.

Water, fructose 31%, Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves dry extract tit. 4% rosmarinic acid, California Poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) aerial parts dry extract tit. 0.2% total alkaloids expressed as protopine, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) roots dry extract tit. 0.42% total sesquiterpenic acids expressed as valerenic acid, Lime (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.) flowers dry extract tit. 0.5% total flavonoids, flavouring, Hawthorn (60% min. of Crataegus oxyacantha Auct. and 30% min. of Crataegus monogyna Jacq.) flowers and leaves dry extract tit. 1% vitexin, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) flowering aerial parts dry extract tit. 3.5% total flavonoids, acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; red beetroot powder.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 25 to 50 drops diluted in a little water during the day or before going to bed. Shake before use.
