Indications
Serena Notte is a food supplement based on extracts of valerian, California poppy, hops and lime which promote relaxation and sleep in case of stress.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Composition
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract tit. 0.8% valerenic acids on maltodextrins, California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) top dry extract tit. 0.35% protopine on maltodextrins, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose capsule, hops (Humulus lupulus L.) cones dry extract tit. 0.4% rutoside on maltodextrin, linden (Tillia platyphyllos et cordata) inflorescence dry extract 1% flavonoids on maltodextrin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, talc.
Gluten-free lactose. GMO-free.

Directions for use and Dosage
Take 1-2 capsules a day with water, in the late afternoon and before going to bed, or both half an hour before bed. before bed.
