Indications
Serematin is an effective dietary supplement for combating occasional anxiety and ensuring a better night's sleep, preserving gastrointestinal health, and maintaining and/or recovering full psycho-physical efficiency compromised by dysbiosis.
The treatment includes: one tablet to control occasional anxiety and stress, to promote daytime relaxation and the leading of a normal and productive lifestyle; A biphasic tablet for inducing and maintaining physiological and restorative sleep.
Composition
Day Tablet: Valeriana officinalis L. dry extract titrated in sesquiterpenes, Crataegus spp. dry extract titrated in vitexin-2-rhamnoside, Passiflora incarnata L. dry extract titrated in flavonoids, Melissa officinalis L. extract titrated in rosmarinic acid.
Biphasic Tablet: Eschscholtzia californica Cham. Dry extract titrated in alkaloids, Passiflora incarnata L. dry extract titrated in flavonoids, L-Tryptophan, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Melatonin.

Mode Directions for Use and Dosage
Take 1 tablet daily in the morning to promote relaxation and help you face the day with peace of mind.
Take 1 biphasic tablet (Fast and Retard) in the evening before bed to promote sleep and maintain a normal sleep pattern.
