Food supplement of plant extracts with melatonin.
Indications
Serelys Plus Tablets contains melatonin which, taken at a dose of 1 mg shortly before bedtime, contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep.
It also contains passionflower and California poppy, which promote relaxation and together with valerian are useful for promoting sleep in case of stress, and griffonia, which contributes to normal mood tone and together with hawthorn promotes mental well-being.

Bulking agents: cellulose, tricalcium phosphate; maltodextrin, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial part with flowers) dry extract tit. 0.5% vitexin, California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham., aerial part) e.s. tit. 0.2% protopine, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) e.s. tit. 0.42% valerenic acids, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seeds] e.s. tit. 20% 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTTP), hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha auct., leaves and flowers) e.s. tit. 1% total flavonoids, magnesium oxide, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; L-tryptophan, melatonin.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day with a glass of water or other suitable liquid.
