Indications
Seredor by Sage Pharma is a food supplement based on Jujube, Lemon Balm, Valerian, Griffonia and Melatonin. Valerian and jujube are useful for relaxation, griffonia and lemon balm contribute to mental well-being and normal mood. Furthermore, melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Thickener: microcrystalline cellulose; jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill., seed) dry extract tit. 2% jujubosides, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) dry extract titrated at 4% rosmarinic acid, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., roots) dry extract titrated at 0.8% valerenic acid, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seeds] dry extract; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin.
Gluten-free, naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use and dosage
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day, preferably in the evening before bed, with water.
