Ingredients
Senna titrated dry extract (Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl. leaves); bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; coloring: titanium dioxide.

Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 tablets per day with an adequate amount of water (a large glass). Preferably take in the evening. It is advisable to start with the minimum dose and, if necessary, increase it up to the maximum recommended dose. A diet rich in liquids promotes the effect of the supplement.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not administer to children under 12 years of age. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. The minimum shelf life refers to the product when stored correctly in its intact packaging. Shelf life in its intact packaging: 24 months.
