Sedatol Notte Spray is a food supplement containing Vitamin B6, Melatonin, and glyceric extract of Passionflower. For a better night's sleep and a better day. Mint flavor.

Sedatol Notte Spray contains:

Melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin (= 2 sprays) shortly before bedtime. Melatonin also helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. In this case, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 0.5 mg of melatonin (= 1 nebulization) shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Passionflower, which promotes relaxation and sleep in cases of stress and supports mental well-being.
Vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions for use and dosage
