Indications
The external capsule of this supplement contains lavender which promotes relaxation and sleep.
The internal capsule contains melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep*, and passionflower which contributes to relaxation and promotes the quality of sleep.
*To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, the beneficial effects are obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Safflower oil (Carthamus tinctorium L.), passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial parts), fish gelatine, lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia Mill., aetheroleum); coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E464); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); gelling agent: gellan gum (E418); melatonin; colour: copper complex of chlorophyllins (E141).
Gluten-free.

How to use and Dosage
Oral use. 1 "2 in 1" capsule daily, one hour before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
