Sedar is composed of:

• Passionflower and Hawthorn have a sedative and calming action.
• Escolzia has a sedative and slightly analgesic action and Red Poppy has an anxiolytic action.
• Once ingested, tryptophan is transformed into serotonin and melatonin, triggering a well-being effect and inducing sleep.
• Melatonin together with that obtained from the transformation of tryptophan regulates sleep/wake rhythms and physiologically induces sleep.

Directions for use and Dosage

Indicated for adults and children over 12 years of age, 1 to 4 sachets per day. The dose should be increased or decreased, depending on the individual response to treatment, to allow regular evacuation of soft stools.
The maximum dose required does not normally exceed 4 sachets per day.
Dissolve the powder in water or other liquid (125 ml for each sachet) and take immediately.
It is recommended to take the product in the morning if you need to take the minimum dose (1 sachet per day).
For larger doses, divide the intake between morning and evening.
If you do not notice any improvement after 7 days of treatment, consult your doctor.

Warnings

The product should not be taken by people with intolerance to one of the components.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Do not take if pregnant or under 12 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
