Indications

Sedanam Notte supplement useful for relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being. It helps reduce the time required to fall asleep.

• Skullcap contributes to relaxation (sleep).
• Valerian aids relaxation (sleep and in cases of stress).
• Passionflower is also useful for mental well-being.
• Ashwagandha and Hawthorn contribute to relaxation and mental well-being.
• Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Ingredients

Bulking agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxyethylcellulose; Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora L.) aerial parts e.g., Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root e.g. tit. 0.4% in valerenic acids, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) flowering aerial parts e.g. tit. 3.5% in total flavonoids expressed as vitexin, Ashwagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] root e.g. tit. 1.5% in withanolides, Hawthorn [Crataegus monogyna Jacq. and/or Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC.] leaves and flowers dry extract tit. 1.8% vitexin, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; stabilizer: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; coloring: iron oxides and hydroxides; Melatonin.

Directions for use and dosage

Take 1 tablet per day, 30 minutes before bedtime.
