Indications

Rilassando is a supplement based on Lactium, Magnesium, B vitamins and Folic Acid recommended in all cases of:

The modes of action are illustrated through the function of the main components:

• Lactium
  It is a milk protein hydrolyzate that contains a bioactive decapeptide: alpha-casozepine.
  The presence of this peptide allows Rilassando to have a high affinity for some CNS receptors called GABA-A receptors; This mechanism of action stimulates the activity of the neurotransmitter GABA, which inhibits anxiety and the stress response, without side effects.
  Lactium helps prevent and regulate symptoms caused by stress: sleep disturbances, anxiety, and mood swings.
• Magnesium
  Magnesium stimulates nerve function, promoting the transmission of impulses: at the intracellular level, it activates hexokinase, an enzyme that converts glucose into glucose-6-phosphate, the first step in glycolysis, the process by which sugars are broken down to produce the energy needed by all cells, especially nerve and muscle cells, which consume large amounts of it.

Directions for use and Dosage
