Composition

Blackcurrant oil (ribes nigrum) seeds titrated at 14% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and 43% linoleic acid (LA); emulsifier: soy lecithin; casing: edible gelatin; vegetable glycerol; purified water.

Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take 3 to 4 pearls a day, after meals, with plenty of water or other liquid.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
