Indications

Relaxì is a multi-active complex that, thanks to the synergistic action of all its components, helps achieve a state of relaxation and is useful for promoting a physiological night's rest.

• Passionflower, useful for relaxation (sleep; in case of stress) and mental well-being;
• Valerian and Californian poppy, useful for relaxation (sleep; in case of stress);
• Melatonin, which contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep;
• Vitamin B6, useful in case of vitamin B6 deficiency;
• Magnesium, which contributes to normal psychological function;
• St. John's Wort, promotes a normal mood, relaxation and mental well-being.

Composition

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) flowering plant dry extract titrated at 0.5% in Vitexin, St. John's Wort (Hypericum perfomtum L.) flowering tops dry extract titrated at 0.3% in Hypericin (hyperforin/hypericin ratio <1), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract titrated at 0.4% in Valerenic Acid, Californian Poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Chem.) flowering tops dry extract titrated at 0.2% in Protopine, Heavy Magnesium Oxide, L-Tryptophan, Melatonin. Excipients: Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Talc, Magnesium Stearate, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Silica Gel.

Directions for Use and Dosage

We recommend taking 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised by your doctor.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The use of the product is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are taking any medications, consult your doctor before using the product because St. John's Wort extract can interfere with their metabolism and even inhibit their activity. St. John's wort extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents.
