Ingredients
Valeriana officinalis L. (valerian; root extract titrated at least 0.6% insesquiterpenes), Passiflora incarnata (passionflower; aerial parts), Humulus lupulus (hops; dry extract titrated at least 4% in rutosides); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; D-biotin.
Free from gluten, lactose, dairy, soy, starch, sugars.

Directions for use and Dosage
Directions for use: Day: 1 tablet 2 times a day, preferably before meals.
Evening: 2 tablets before going to bed.
