Ingredients

Valerian dry extract tit. 0.42% in ac. valerenic acid (Valeriana officinalis L., root; corn maltodextrin), gelatin capsule, colorant (titanium dioxide); magnesium oxide; lavender extract titrated 0.5% in essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia Mill., summitas cum floribus; corn maltodextrin); hawthorn extract titrated 3% in vitexin (Crataegus laevigata Poir.) DC., folium; corn maltodextrin); California poppy extract titrated 0.2% in protopine (Eschscholzia californica Cham., herba; corn maltodextrin); corn maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Directions for use
