Ingredients

Valerian root and rhizome dry extract (Valeriana officinalis L.); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; passionflower aerial parts dry extract (Passiflora incarnata L.), hawthorn flowers and leaves dry extract. (Crataegus monogyna Jacq.); stabilizers: polyvinylpyrrolidone, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; stabilizer: magnesium salts of fatty acids; glazing agent: stearic acid.
Gluten-free and lactose-free.

It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day as needed, or one hour before bedtime.
