Indications

Relax Ben is a food supplement based on melatonin and plant extracts.
It contains melatonin, which, if taken shortly before bedtime, at least 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination, helps relieve the symptoms of jet lag. Furthermore, if taken at a dose of 1 mg shortly before bedtime, it helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Zinc contributes to the physiological function of the immune system and the normal metabolism of macronutrients; vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and selenium protects cells from oxidative stress. The presence of plant extracts, specifically hawthorn, passionflower, and griffonia, make it particularly useful for promoting relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients

Hawthorn (Cratageus oxyacantha auct.) leaves and flowers, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) tops griffonia [Griffonia semplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] seed dry extract, standardized at 20% in 5-hydroxytryptophan, zinc gluconate, melatonin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), sodium selenite; capsule shell: vegetable gelatin (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Directions for use and dosage
