In particular, it contains:
- Passiflora Incarnata e.s.: plant with calming properties, promotes relaxation, sleep and mental well-being.
Its activity is due to its phytocomplex rich in flavonoids, phenolic acids and phytosterols which act on GABA receptors. - Lavender dry extract: A plant with sedative and calming properties; thanks to its natural active ingredients, it acts by strengthening the serotonin system and therefore promoting normal mood.
- Hawthorn dry extract: Known above all as the "heart plant" for its support of cardiovascular functions.
It also acts as an antispasmodic and has a sedative and relaxing effect. - Melatonin, a hormone self-produced by the body that regulates the sleep-wake rhythm.
It contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep.
