Regostar Psyllium by Stardea is a food supplement based on Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata) useful for promoting the regularity of intestinal transit as it promotes the normal volume and consistency of stool. Its action promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora thanks to the prebiotic effect; furthermore, it modulates the absorption of nutrients and promotes the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.

Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk.) husk 99% pure powder; Maltodextrin; Orange fruit juice powder (maltodextrin); natural orange flavor; acidifier: citric acid (E 330); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (E 551); sweetener: sucralose (E 955); coloring: beta-carotene (E 160 a (i)). Gluten-free and suitable for people intolerant to lactose.

How to use and Dosage
Yes It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets during the day.
- Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 250 ml of water (still): add the powder first and then the water;
- Shake vigorously for a few seconds and drink immediately;
- Take the product between meals to promote intestinal regularity; before meals to modulate nutrient absorption;
- Take the product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking medications.
