Indications

Recupero Notte is a food supplement based on plant extracts, enzymes and vitamins with Tryptophan. It was designed for women who, in full activity, need quality nighttime recovery. Bird's foot promotes relaxation in cases of stress and rhodiola rosea, a tonic-adaptogen, is useful in the presence of physical and mental fatigue. Digestive enzymes promote the assimilation of nutrients, improving recovery performance.

Composition

Bulking agent: cellulose; L-tryptophan, enzyme blend from fermented maltodextrins (amylase, protease, glucosamylase, lipase, cellulase, lactase, pectinase), poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) flower extract, birdsfoot trefoil (Lotus corniculatus L.) flower extract, rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L.) root dry extract titrated 3% total rosavins, lactase (beta-galactosidase) 100,000 ALU/g (from fermented maltodextrins), papain 500TU/mg (from Carica papaya L., fruit); stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; Nicotinamide (niacin), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), D-biotin.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use and dosage

Take 1 tablet once a day, to be taken in the evening before going to bed, accompanied by a glass of water.
