Indications
Recupera Mg+K is a supplement based on magnesium and potassium.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and, together with potassium, contributes to normal muscle function.
Potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
Ingredients
Magnesium gluconate, Fructose, Potassium gluconate, Potassium bicarbonate.
Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take one sachet per day after main meals, up to a maximum of 2 sachets per day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (150 ml).
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult a doctor.
In case of prolonged use or in subjects with renal insufficiency, it is advisable to contact a doctor.
