Directions for use and Dosage
Pour the contents of the measuring spoon or sachet into any hot liquid (coffee, tea, ginseng), the contents will dissolve on their own. If you prefer to take it with water or other drinks, mix well. Alternatively, you can mix it with yogurt. Avoid carbonated drinks.
- In case of gastrointestinal sensitivity, we recommend trying a small dose of collagen (5 grams) at breakfast with tea or water and checking the digestive reaction. It is possible to take it continuously as it is a 100% natural, pure protein. Alternatively, it is possible to take it in cycles of 3/4 months.
Dosage
It is recommended to take the product consistently, every day with breakfast or between meals. Consult your doctor for doses exceeding 30 grams per day. Advice in case of digestive sensitivity:
- Divide the daily dose in two (half in the morning, half in the evening);
- Take in the evening;
- Prefer tea rather than milk.
