Indications

Quietil is a supplement based on Valerian, Theanine, 5-hydroxy-Tryptophan (from Griffonia), Melatonin, Vitamin D and Folic Acid from Quatrefolic.

• Valerian promotes relaxation (sleep; in case of stress).
• Folate contributes to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Sweeteners: Xylitol, sucralose, acesulfame K; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch; L-Theanine from green tea (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze) leaves; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide and talc; 5-Hydroxy-Tryptophan (5-HTP) from Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill. seeds; Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acids; orange flavouring; magnesium oxide; Acidifier: citric acid: Melatonin, Quatrefolic ((6S)-5 methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt), Vitamin D (cholecalciferol).

Directions for use and Dosage
