Puramap  is a supplement based on plants and derivatives that, according to Ayurvedic tradition, is able to act favorably on the natural integrity of the structures of the osteoarticular system and tendon tissue. Guggul acts favorably on lipid metabolism.

Guggul paste (Commiphora mukul Hook.) resin; powder of: Long pepper (Piper longum L.) fruit, Chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruit, Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) rhizome, Chinese smilax (Smilax china L.) root, Asafoetida (Ferula assa-foetida L.) gum, Celery (Apium graveolens L.) fruit, Tribulus (Tribulus terrestris L.) fruit, Cumin (Cuminum cyminum L.) fruit, Caraway (Carum carvi L.) fruit, Kulanjana (Alpinia galanga Willd.) rhizome, *Musta (Cyperus rotundus L.) root, Black pepper (Piper nigrum L.) fruit, Katuka (Picrorhiza kurroa Royle) rhizome, **Zedoary (Curcuma zedoaria Rosc.) rhizome, Daruharidra (Berberis aristata DC.) bark, **Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) rhizome.

Directions for use and Dosage

Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules. 1 capsule twice a day.
