Psyllogel Fibra Vaniglia is a food supplement formulated with 99% pure psyllium with sweeteners. It promotes the formation of a soft and voluminous fecal mass, suitable for facilitating intestinal motility.

Directions for use and Dosage
It can be diluted in a glass of water (about 200 ml), or added to yogurt, fruit juices, smoothies, or pureed fruit.
After mixing, drink the contents immediately.

Composition
99% pure psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forsk., tegumentum seminis), bulking agent: isomalt, flavorings, emulsifier: lecithin, maltodextrin, sweeteners: sucralose, steviol glycosides; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
