Indications

Psyllogel Fiber Lemon Tea is a dietary supplement containing 99% pure psyllium fiber.

The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fiber is useful for:

• promoting regular intestinal transit by producing soft, loose stools;
• promoting a balanced intestinal flora;
• slowing nutrient absorption and promoting carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.

Composition

99% pure psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata forsk., tegumentum seminis), soluble tea extract; acidifier: citric acid; emulsifier: lecithin; maltodextrin; sweetener: aspartame; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; lemon flavoring.
Does not contain lactose.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use and dosage

It can be diluted in a glass of water (about 200 ml), or added to yogurt, fruit juices, smoothies, or pureed fruit.
After mixing, drink the contents immediately.
The formation of a gel is a sign of the excellent quality of the product.
