Psillolife is a dietary supplement based on psyllium. Psyllium is useful for regular intestinal transit and has an emollient and soothing effect on the digestive system. It is also useful for modulating nutrient absorption and lipid and carbohydrate metabolism. Psyllium has a prebiotic effect and helps maintain normal stool volume and consistency.

Ingredients

Psyllium (Plantago psyllium L.) seed husk; sweetener: erythritol; acidifier: citric acid; flavoring, elderberry juice powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Sweetener: steviol glycosides (stevia).

Directions for use

We recommend taking 1 or 2 sachets per day dissolved in at least 200 ml of water (a full glass). Stir until the preparation reaches a uniform viscosity.
