Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 drop per year of age, 3-4 times a day up to 12 years of age, and 12 drops 3-4 times a day from 12 years of age onwards.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Best before date from production, in unopened packaging: 60 months.
