Indications
Mineral Plus is indicated in endurance sports to support the athlete's energy needs as, thanks to the presence of glucose and maltodextrin, it allows a rapid restoration of energy levels and also allows the recovery of muscle glycogen stores.
Mineral Plus Isotonic Sport Formula, thanks to its balanced composition of electrolytes and carbohydrates, ensures rapid replenishment of water and salts lost through sweating.
The product is an energy and saline supplement with an isotonic formulation that allows for rapid replenishment of liquids and salts lost after intense sweating and promotes energy recovery thanks to the presence of maltodextrins and dextrose in the formulation.
Saline supplementation with Mineral Plus Isotonic Sport Formula is necessary for endurance sports performances, such as long distance runs, marathons or triathlons, while in performances and very short training sessions it loses significance, unless the weather conditions are extremely adverse (summer, external temperature above 32°C-35°C).

Directions for use and Dosage
Dissolve 30 g of product (2 heaped tablespoons) in 500 ml of water and take during and after physical activity. You will obtain an isotonic drink with a concentration of approximately 290 mOsm/l.
